3d modeling

The challenge from this project was to build two 3D model and animate them. One with using organic modeling and another one with using box modeling technique.

organic modeling

For organic modeling, I thought one of my personal work I did while ago might fit the goal of the project. So, I did a re-make of my old 2D work into 3D. But I still really like the some of 2D from my old work so I kept the waterdrops and the background 2D and cel-animated them.

box modeling

I always wanted to make something mechanical and I thought this project was perfect to practice that. So, I ended up making International Space Station. I tried rendering the model into multiple ways. First, I rendered the model from Octane renderer and I put those rendered frames into Photoshop to create bitmap version. Also, I rendered the model using sketch and lines from Cinema 4D. By mixing different techniques of rendering I created dynamic and futuristic scene.
